NextWave Plastics was a member-led, collaborative, and open-source initiative that brought together leading multinational companies to develop the first global network of socially responsible ocean-bound plastic supply chains. The initiative successfully exceeded its goal at the end of 2024, one year ahead of schedule. Members included CPI Card Group, Dell Technologies, Humanscale, HP Inc, IKEA, Logitech, Miller Knoll, Polyvisions Inc, Prevented Ocean Plastic, Solgaard, #tide Ocean Material, and Veritiv. NextWave Plastics was convened by The Circulate Initiative and co-founded by Lonely Whale and Dell Technologies.
